      Breakfast was spectacular. Homemade everything and wonderful to be included with the room fee. We stayed in a room that turned into a suite with a kitchen you could cook in as well. Guest could easily stay there a few days. When we arrived there were fresh homemade marshmallows and a lemonade slush! Sweet!

      The fridge turned our lettuce into little green icicles! We wanted to open a window to let in some fresh air and all windows were bolted shut (?)

      There was a cockroach on the wall. I found a random reddish light stain on the bed. unfortunately, I didn’t see it until before I checked out. Free breakfast here means cereal and juice and that’s it.

      Was a road warrior 20 years ago. Stayed here several time each year due to my route. Was greatly surprised that while still being a budget range motel, the current upgrades were tasteful and upscale for the price point. Stayed as I was looking at a motorhome nearby. Will likely stay again the day I pick it up. GREAT VALUE FOR A NO FRILLS. The ac was even on when I arrived , much appreciated as the feels like was 109. The new crew was wonderful. Great to see as in my 20s I too worked a budget hmotel.
