Location was good. Just over the bridge to the beach and amusement area and only 15 minutes to Assateague Island. Kids love the pools and the indoor pool with the slide. Daily room cleaning and bed making was nice. And the shuttle to the beach beats driving and paying for parking.

The outdoor pool was ice cold. While people still went in, it was too cold for a lot. The indoor pool was a little warmer and you could feel the heater in some spots, but it was also colder than I would have thought. We’ve been here before without this issue. The beds are short. I’m only 5’6 and my feet were hanging off the end of the bed. I think some more places to sit or eat would be nice. Our room didn’t have a table to eat at and unless you grabbed a picnic table you were stuck. We had to tailgate on one occasion. Food and drink prices are too high. I can go to the restaurants and pay just as much or less sometimes for better so we did that a lot instead of keeping our money there. It felt off from last year and I just can’t place it.

Location is central to everything and very convenient.

We had two ADA access rooms. One of the rooms had a wet floor and mold smell. The wall outside the hotel and road outside hotel was under construction with constant jack hammers and noises. Must sleep with earplugs in to get sleep. Must walk down. Elevators are full in the morning so choose a lower floor.

No room darkening curtains over the bedroom windows? C'mon...Was really shocked the windows only had privacy roller blinds. Woke up to a bright sky at sunrise. Terribly uncomfortable stools at the kitchen counter and the small couch was not much further behind. I've stayed in nicer hotels for a lot less. For the money spent I expected a LOT more comfort.

Wish the floor was all on level. It was a dangerous tripping hazard/fall hazard. Shower needs safety handles. Tub was high to step over.
