Quaint facilty and grounds. Updated room included a kitchenette. Very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. It was much more comfortable and updated than another facility we stayed at the night before in the same town.

This is a non smoking property, but it reeks of cigarette smoke. The guest rooms are dirty, carpet that doesn't lay flat on the floor, which is a tripping hazard, curtains are wrinkled, sheets are dingy in color, mold is present in the bathroom. The front desk clerk said my room number out loud 3 times to a packed front desk waiting room, which is AGAINST THE LAW in the state of NY. Rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis. In my 6 day stay, the room was cleaned once. My request for my room to be sprayed with room freshener to get rid of the smoke smell was only done once. The coffee maker was broken in my room, it took 2 days for it to be replaced. My room key had to be re-magnitized every time I went back to my room. I'm shocked that Wydham would put their name on this property.

Guest service was atrocious, there was no climate controls in the room, I had to wait past my check in time to get my room, the refrigerator wasn’t even on when we got into the room and then I was making loud noises off and in all night I had to unplug it, the shower had hair in the tub before we even used it, and to top it all off a new person was allowed to authorize an EXTRA 155.05$ onto my debit card thus putting me in the negative. And then telling me it will take a over a week to get my money back in my card that they shouldn’t have even taken. In top of the EXTRA 50$ charge when I checked in in case of damages.
