      The hotel is 6min walk to the metro station. It takes around 30min to get to Downtown Manhattan by metro. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly. Breakfast included. Many nice cafes around where one could enjoy delicious meal.

      The room is small. Fortunately there is space under the bed to store your suitcases, otherwise there will be no place to walk. Breakfast could be better. No fresh vegetables, no ham, no cheese, only black tea available in the teabags. The hotel is using reusable plastic, so you have to eat from plastic plates and drink from plastic cups. I have almost burned myself twice while trying to prepare tea for me in the plastic cup. One time the cup was cracked and the second time it was leaking. It would be so much better if the hotel used normal ceramic dishes and not plastic ones.

      The animal urine smell is so strong it will burn your eyes. The blood on the mattresses. The holes in the walls and broken doors. The weed smoking that they allow and partake in. We took fabric softener sheets and put them in the AC vents trying to mask the smell.
