It was gorgeous and it was so fun being right there on the water. Everything was clean and so very comfortable. The bed was stellar!! Beautiful views, we were gifted an excellent breeze and a quiet night. The owners were so nice and communicated everything we needed to know so clearly to have a wonderful stay.

The only bummers we’re no screens on the window so there were mosquitos plaguing through the night. And it was also a bummer to have to pay a $120+ cleaning fee for what was essentially a 14 hour stay with very little mess. That makes it almost out of reach to stay there again, especially for just one night, but was so worth every penny this time 💓

First thing, the manager or check in person attitude was completely negative, had to call the front desk to get help with the TV. The TV remote was falling apart. The room was fairly clean, the bed was decent. Everything was fair nothing special at all.

The natural aspect of the resort. My family had SO much fun coming back 3 years in a row and bringing back friends and family the 4th time. Everything was perfect except the dirty bathrooms.

The bathrooms were so dirty. We camp often where bathrooms are shared and the natura treescape resort bathrooms are our worst shared bathroom experience. The bathrooms are only maintained once a day, sometimes less. The same dirty soaked towels on the floor and gross bathroom trash were there for 2 days once. There was blood in one bathroom for a whole day smeared on the floor, toilet, and toilet paper. Certain sinks didn’t work and never got fixed. Drains clogged… SO many flies. The cabins where not cleaned properly in between guest either. Everytime we stay here I bring my own spray and wipe down the tables and floors leaving the towels I use black… cleanliness of the bathrooms and cabins is literally the only downside. Despite that we keep coming back year after year because the parks are beautiful besides that. We love enjoying nature and find these resorts to be the best in the Dells to do that.
