      Comfortable. Market and pool were convenient. Easy walk to aquarium and Camden yards.

      While the location was convenient for the activities we visited to do, some areas nearby felt unsafe. I called to let the hotel know that our soap dispenser was broken in the shower and they said they would bring a new one but never did. Additional cleaning fee made cost even more expensive than expected.

      The front desk lady was nice. The room was nice.

      The pool was closed due to a city inspection. The main reason I choose this hotel is because it had an outdoor pool. All my kids wanted to do was swim. Your website should list that the pool is closed when it's going to be closed for a long period of time.

      It didn't like the hotel, didn't like the beds. Staff members were rude. It had roaches in rats, bed clothes smelt like they haven't been washed.The breakfast was sorry, the pools were nasty.I've never eat or go there again or to sleep.Wouldn't even send my worst enemy....
