The location was excellent, walking distance to all the restaurants we wanted to eat at and perfect for street shopping. Parking was great, we loved that it was free and that the parking garage had an elevator connected to the hotel.

The staff were super friendly but I think could have been more helpful. When we checked in we weren’t given any info about check-out times, or what was near the hotel. They don’t do room cleaning unless you ask for it, but when we asked for it our room never got cleaned. Lastly, we were there during the weekend that Staunton’s water main broke and there was a boil water advisory. We actually didn’t hear about it until we left in the morning and went to the Frontier Museum (and there were signs up everywhere, so I thought it was weird the hotel didn’t put out an advisory to the guests until later). The FM museum gave everyone free water bc of it. When we got back to the hotel there was a letter in our room with one complimentary water bottle, but we had to pay for water downstairs the rest of the weekend. Which I just think is odd that the museum gave out multiple free waters and the hotel didn’t, and we had to brush our teeth with bottled water 🤷🏻♀️

The staff goes above and beyond for the guests! The breakfast is always homemade and excellent!! The location is the best, and convenient to many restaurants. I’m a frequent visitor, and highly recommended this place!! I can’t wait to go back!

Service was awful! A bed and breakfast where it took 45-minutes for eggs and toast, and we were the only people there. Hot water was sporadic, at best. I hope you enjoy cold showers. Bonus: they lost our bags, which we were told to leave behind the counter. They put them in the wrong room. All of this for $450.00 a night.
