      Gabby was great upon check tho it seemed more of a trap house atmosphere with the transient population and drug paraphernalia everywhere. The entire property inside and out reeked of noxious urine and smoke. The line s and towels were old and seemed used since the 80s. Wrong remotes/didn't work and rest staff unfriendly, un helpful and I er charged me then refused to credit my card.

      Everything. Had I known it was so poorly kept and they accepted drug users everywhere and let them loiter outside rooms and urinate in the walkways, I would have slept in my vehicle instead. This place should be condemned

      The staff were all very friendly. They made our stay. My mother was sick when we got to Biloxi and they let us check in without issue. The hotel was clean, as was our room. The pool was clean. The breakfast did not have many options, but it was fresh and coffee was good. The hotel is on Beach Blvd, which is an excellent location. The price was right!

      Everything was well cleaned, but the property is old and shows it's age. The beds were hard, but I am used to a very soft mattress.
