Overall the feel of the property was great. Nice and modern. Bed was very comfortable. I would like to know the brand of the bed. It was set up simple and worked well for our visit. Really loved the pictures hanging, especially the Johnny Cash "One Piece at a Time" pie. Very satisfied with the level of security around every entrance.

Water pressure was terrible in the shower could have been much better. Shower trim plate wasn't even attached properly and slides on neck of shower. Ceiling fan can not be put on a speed higher than low, wobbles and makes noise when set on higher speed. I really enjoy having a fan when I sleep so I was excited for this but saddened when I realized this part, turned the AC down lower as a result.

I liked how cozy it was, close to a dog park, which was a bonus. I liked how it felt like a home away from home. The amount of decor and love that was put into this tiny bungalow was just what we needed for a tiny vacation. Even providing a dog blanket for our dog during our stay was a big surprise and truly appreciated it.

The chairs in the living room were uncomfortable, and the pull out mattress my teenage daughter who is a small gal said it was not comfortable at all and tried to sleep on just the couch but unfortunately that was hard on her back as well but that's it everything else was great!

Close to the beach and restaurants. Hot tub was great and fire pit was really nice to have. Even though there were renters upstairs we didn’t encounter anyone so you do feel like you have a lot of privacy. Well stocked kitchenette. Great to have a washer/dryer.

The sleeper couch isn’t really great to sit down and watch TV. The table on the outside needs some kind of coating because it will give you a little splinters. should be an easy fix, but just bring a towel to sit on in a tablecloth. Only one of the windows in the bedroom had a screen and you really wanna hear the ocean and feel the breeze when you’re out here. If those are taken care of then this place would be close to perfect!

Super spacious. We loved the apartment style floorplan and resort layout. Really loved the amenities and how family friendly it was.

The indoor pool area was a bit chaotic with people not adhering to the rules and the floors didn't feel clean and overall pretty muggy and a bit unpleasant. Some part of the room was a bit dated and peeling off, but overall pleasant and clean. It has an old school charm without being dirty. The hotel says booking.com doesn't show all the charges the hotel ends up charging (in addition to the resort fee we already knew about, there was some 40$ extra). I will need to verify with bookin.com to see who is responsible for the discrepancy.

Breakfast could be better, didn't include anything healthy except apples and oranges, not even yogurt. We didn't have enough pots in the kitchen, there was only one big pot and a small saucepan without a lid.
