Everything was great, except they didn't do too good on the cleaning. Counters were dirty, and sink, and dishwasher was going on. There was grease on the counter & I got it on my bag. Seemed like they did a quick job cleaning and weren't thorough. Been here twice last time it was decently cleaned, no flaws. This time around we were a lil disappointed. I still love it though bcuz it's comfy for my family. Feels like home away from home. The staff is great too! I never had an issue with them. They are proffesional and respectful.

Breakfast was sub-standard. All plates, bowls, and cups were Styrofoam, yet they have a microwave?! You can't charge lobby snacks and food to the room - they have a poor self scanning machine instead. Coffee machine in room but no coffee.

When I booked online it said breakfast was included, when I checked in they said there would be coffee only coffee, they must be under renovations, but trash everywhere the pool was not usable, we had 2 rooms one of which the privacy latch was broke, we found a gross crusty towel under our bed and a bug in the sink and a hand print on the picture behind the bed. The bed was uncomfortable, it said a hairdryer was in room, but no hairdryer was. The luggage stand was broken the towel rack was broken, there was no creamer for the lobby coffee. And to top it was grossly way overpriced. Unacceptable.

Me and my family were threatened with violence and spit at as soon as we arrived. There was a guy sitting outside front door that done it and staff said he was bothering people before us so I don’t know why they let him stay there doing that. It completely ruined our trip. Law enforcement was contacted afterwards

This was the nastiest motel I have ever stayed in my life. I didn't get a refund, but I booked another motel after the first night. Budget friendly should not mean disgusting.

I don't think the linens hag been washed in years. It smelled so bad, I didn't want to touch anything. The boxspring was so stained, it must have been there for 20 years.
