  The unit is very cozy, well equipped and designed to detail. It felt pretty new. Beds are comfortable, the bathroom is fully equipped and so is the kitchenet. We loved the small swinging bench outside.

  Hot water in the shower ran out but then again, we are a family of 5. It felt a bit dusty - but then again, Gardiner in general felt a bit dusty during that time.

  It was close by to various restaurants and thus walking distance. Shower was good with hot water. Except that nothing else.

  Breakfast choices not much. Just bread and bagel for vegetarians. Coffee was bad. Creamer was freezing cold and thus when you add to coffee it would get cold and no microwave to warm it up. Rooms looked like some cheap motel. Floorboards were squeaky. WiFi did not reach our room and when it reached it did not work. Overall I would not stay here again as this is not what we expected from Quality Inn's quality.

  The elevator was off the service for 1 months before our stay. They informed us about this issue only on check in and gave us rooms on the 3 floor. Carpet on corridors are very dirty, room smells badly.

  It was a super quiet place, with a courtyard right outside our room, and a bar across the street. The room was clean and spacious, and everything in the area was wothin a 10 minute walk. Also, it was self serve, which was a pleasant surprise, yet the concierge was just a phone call away. Overall it wasn't what we were expecting, but it was definitely what we wanted. I'd stay there again and suggest others do the same
