      It is close to the ocean. It is quaint in some ways, and clean enough, but there was no rail in the bathtub to aid in getting in and out of the bath tub. the tub was taller than other tubs I am use to. The bed, too, was high...I'm 5'2"...was not easy getting in or out of the bed. The continental breakfast was non-existent the first morning and meager to say the least the second morning.

      We stayed the night before our trip to the Ark. It was about 45 minutes away. The room price was a good value. The location right off the interstate was great. The pool area was fantastic.
