Its a really great Hostel! A very nice front desk stuff, a lot of free toiletries and you can do your laundry for free! My room was spacious and clean, there are curtains for privacy and the bathroom and locker size are really good! The location is good too, there are a lot of restaurants/bars around and only a 5min walk to starbucks! They also have a nice kitchen area and a good amount of space in the multiple fridges. All in all 10/10

We arrived late at night so front desk was closed. Not a problem. Access with a code in the door was super easy sent by email prior arrival. Totally exceeded our expectations with 2 rooms and 2 big beds. Bathroom with plenty towels and super clean. Location great for going to Antelope Canyon and Monument Valley. Neighbourhood super quiet at night.

Maybe an ice machine outside? Though if outside can be accessed by anyone i guess. Maybe there was one inside but did not see it as front edsk was closed when we arrived at night and let next day early in the morning.

Beautiful house. Large bedrooms and kitchen/ living space. Very private and secure with gate. Kitchen very well equipped! Very near Volcanoes National Park. Comfortable beds!

Location was nice. Also, Michelle, the restaurant manager, was very helpful in showing us where the building and room location was. Was hoping for an ocean view from our room.

Initially, misinformed on location of room. Wasted an hour and a half before we could get settled into our room. There are no elevators for seniors to get to on the second floor rooms. In our room, there was no ground plugs for their microwave and coffee maker. Had to use the bathroom outlet for charging my computer laptop as it also has a ground plug. (Three prong plug.) Check out was very slow due to waiting for information of our credit on our Resort gift card.

Unpleasant sweetish smell in the room. There is airport shuttle but the property neither responded my questions about it, nor confirmed my request. How am I supposed to know, when and where the shuttle would be or would it be at all?

Valet Parking was not able to meet agreed pickup times. Room was not cleaned well. Hairs in the beds, in the sink, behind the sink and in the shower. Dresser and nightstand top were nit cleaned. Wiped it off with a cleaning cloth, which was dirty afterwards. As we arrived very late, we kinda needed to clean the room ourselves as we just wanted to sleep and did want to avoid a third room change. So no good value for the pricetag.
