      The location was great. Close to the city's mall and plenty of restaurants. The property is just by the highway, which was perfect for us to stop by and continue our drive back to Canada without having to navigate the city. The room we stayed in was spotless, the beddings and towels were super clean and there was an amazing supply of toiletries. It was also nice that we were able to sign up to our Netflix account on the room's TV

      It was a nice place on the Lake Erie waterfront. The staff was friendly and approachable. Our room was clean and comfortable. We have stayed there before.

      The lobby-breakfast room is very small and hard to get to breakfast bar because of the size and the amount of people and furniture. The handicap parking is very limited.

      The horse races are great entertainment, the staff was friendly.

      The hotel is going downhill. Most of the facility is closed now, and the restaurant food was bad just bad they had one waitress for the entire place. (The spotted horse) everyone in my party had problems with our rooms. The door keys the air units. Not the best experience.

      The pictures are intermingled for the different apartments and it was unclear to me we had the basement, or I would have chose the other unit. While there is a patio in the back, it is not for use with the garden apartment.
