      I had went for my daughter's birthday and all she wanted was to go swimming at a hotel and have a movie night but the internet on my TV wasn't working that night so we couldn't connect to Netflix that was the only upsetting thing

      When adding a day to your vacation they should be more accommodating with the hotel price since you've already been staying here, it's advertised 30% off if you add an extra day to your stay the problem was I got the same price after the 30% off that I could get at booking.com lol there was nothing cheaper or more accommodating about adding an extra day, and unfortunately we are moving to a different hotel we decided to add two extra days instead of one, that's my only complaint
