      Staff was mostly helpful. Breakfast was basic but good.

      Our room was on the end facing a highway/truck stop. It ranged from noisy to very noisy. Truck/traffic noise that couldn't be drowned out by the A/C and persisted pretty much 24 hours/day. Housekeeping visited daily while we were out but only seemed to empty the trash. Had to ask at the desk for fresh towels after staying 3 days.

      The only issue we had was there is no elevator. It was a struggle for us 70 plusers to move our "stuff" up the stairs. We wish we had known in advance that we were on the second floor.

      Very dirty, second floor balcony extremely dangerous, hanging off building, falling apart. Front lobby extremely dirty, build in desperate need of upkeep. Didn't even attempt to get into room. Conditions were extremely hazardous to even attempt to get into room.
