Our room was fantastic! We had five guests and a baby, and everyone felt comfortable. The sofa bed was incredibly cozy, and one of our kids particularly loved the lower bed. We stayed on the tenth floor, and the view was stunning, although it felt a bit high up. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a wide variety of options to please everyone. We enjoyed the indoor pool, which was great, and they provided towels in the pool area. There’s also an outdoor shower for guests. A crib was supplied for the infant, and we found plenty of extra linens in the room.

We did not get house keeping service on our 2 day stay. Although the crib did make it in time for putting baby down; we requested the crib at noon and it took 2 more calls in order to receive it at 10:30 PM. Dunes restuarant bar drinks are on the pricer side.

Location was excellent, we were in the big King room, and the room was much bigger than expected. Our hosts wanted to be sure we knew everything there was to offer. When I give ratings, i usually try not to give a perfect score, but I could not see which category to not mark as perfect. The best about this place, is probably it's value for everything it could offer Highly recommended

My girl is a Neurologist, and works a lot of over nights, and needed some sleep, but a late check out was tough to get.

My room was very spacious and well-appointed. I had the option of preparing my own meals. There was an area for relaxing and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had great options (some regional) and I enjoyed eating outside in the courtyard.

I feel we were overcharged. But no one could answer my questions. I took number right off of website and called. They said they were reservations. They charged me 349.00 for two nights. Hotel said they only got 231.00. No one could tell me where the other 121.00. Others traveling with us hot much cheaper rates.
