The staff was friendly and professional. The property was clean and pretty. Good air conditioning. Room had microwave and fridge.

The bed was too firm and very uncomfortable. The fridge made loud noises and ran all night. The walls are very thin and you can clearly hear your neighbors. There was constant sounds of traffic and planes.

Lawncare/landscape needed attention! Needed trimming and cut grass cleaned up from sidewalks. Also, would like more lightly in entryway or bathroom for applying makeup.

Our shower did not work. When I reported it, they were aware there was a problem but thought it had already been fixed. Because they were full, they could not offer us another room. The front desk person was very nice but her hands were tied due to the circumstances. I witnessed her call the GM who actually hung up on the front desk clerk mid sentence. The next morning at check out I asked about getting compensated. The front desk got another person to help. She didn't identify herself, look at me, smile, say hello, sorry...nothing. She just asked me what I was expecting to receive. I later learned from the other front desk employees that the lady is the General Manager. All I can say is she doesn't represent Choice Hotels well at all! All of the other employees I encountered were professional and pleasant. This was our 5th stay at this hotel in the last year, and I have always been pleased with our stay. The previous managers were always courteous and professional. I cannot say the same for this new GM.

We paid extra for our small dog, the fee wasn't is not in question. But when our dog was able to find small candy wrappers & other items that weren't cleaned up - that part is in question - if our dog got sick & had to go to a veterinary clinic would you have covered the costs??
