  The hallways all smelled a little like smoke which was gross. No continental breakfast. The restaurant had beautiful views but the food took forever and was was cold when it got to the table. The elevator took forever. Mainly the smoke smell in the hallway was the main problem.

  Location was amazing, right near everything and right across from the subway and next to the train station. Cleanliness of the room. It was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. Cleaning staff was always right there and quick and very kind. They were amazing.

  The bathroom had no ventilation, it got way too hot in there, the AC wasn't the greatest. When it was on, no matter the temperature set, it would be too cold while it was on and too hot while it was off. The room was smaller than what we'd been shown in pictures and the descriptions when we booked. Not a room for more than two people. The room was also not the one we expected. It had a good view, but not a view we were told it would have. We had been told we'd be able to see the Empire State Building along with Madison Square Garden, but we could only see Madison Square. It was still a pretty view though.
