This hotel is very nice and surprising ! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The refreshing lemon & cucumber water was a welcoming touch. The daily tea& coffee were as well .They make you feel at home (everyone)

the staff is very nice. the bed was very comfortable. the restaurant/bar downstairs offered food & drink.

the room was very run down. it also smelled of smoke. part of the ceiling was falling down near the AC (which was also incredibly noisy) and the thermostat didn't work at all. the toilet also was broken. the elevator permits were also expired.

The breakfast was just so-so. It would have been better if there were different items and not the same things everyday. Our room had a water leak by the shower/tub. The a/c didn't work as well as expected. The parking lot was too small.

There where big ants that bite my grandkids got bite and the TV will go real loud then real low that was very very annoying the 3 bedrooms need TV s there was a lady next door staring at me more then one occupancy

We were charged 50 dollars more which that includes parking 20$ for parking I never been in a hotel that they charge you for parking when u stay there. I ask the lady what about we don’t want to pay for parking we’re can we park she proceeded to tell me I don’t know where you can park they gonna tow your car Till right know I haven’t received my 30$ back

The location was nice but this building was absolutely nasty, there was a terrible smell soon as you walk in, the water was not hot at all it took 3 hours for the water to finally get warm. The cleanliness of this place was not good at all. The elevator was extremely slow and old went to the top floor before coming down. Facility needs to be remodel immediately.
