Amazing location and great layout. The eclectic decor was really great. The kitchen layout is excellent for socializing while you cook.

While the basic cleaning was done well there is a need for more deep cleaning and a bit of refresh. The windows look like they have never been cleaned. The balcony which is one of the best features of the place was unswept with multiple mildew soaked rugs. The place is still a great value and I would stay again but the property management could do a little more to prepare the property.

We were very disappointed with the housekeeping staff and service. During our stay, we accidentally left behind a hand-made baby sleeping mat, which was a deeply meaningful gift from a dear friend to our daughter. We called three times after our departure and were transferred to housekeeping each time, but no one ever answered. We left detailed voicemails explaining the sentimental value of the item and asked if it had been found so that we could either return to pick it up or arrange shipping. Unfortunately, we never received any response or follow-up. It has now been two months with no acknowledgment, which has been both frustrating and disheartening.

We had ants in our room, the hot water knob was broke, we had to figure out how to get hot water by not using so much cold and the toilet didn’t flush without holding the handle all the way down until it flushed
