The window listen to the Creek all night. Decor modern and comfy. Close to restaurants Cherokee, relaxing area. Will consider staying again. Dog friendly and nice walks. Loved it

We didn’t know breakfast wasn’t included. Breakfast didn’t start until 8:00 AM. There were alot of stairs to our room. There wasn’t alot of counter space in the bathroom for toiletries.

The staff was nice. The food and service was good. The location and view were amazing.

The room itself was OK, but not worth the price. The bed wasn't great. The half size pillows were weird. The tv didn't work. The bathroom was old and crusty (super low toilet and paint chipped door were interesting). For $350 per night a full size pillow and functioning television does not seem alot to ask)

I like the location. It's near the end of town, so it's pretty quiet.

The A/C unit kept turning off and wasn't properly cooling. We had to trun the fan on Auto to keep it on. Also, there is no toothpaste in the room. Vending machines was down also.

Almost $300 a night with all the add ons and taxes fees! I could go stay in one of the fanciest hotels in Vegas for less then that and the room was run down, cracks in walls, carpet dirty, no ac , and you can bring dog for extra fee but then you lose access to pool hot tub and sauna because dogs cant be in that area and you cant leave in room or vehicle! Oh and no marijuana smoking in rooms or outside on grounds! A fine of $300 if caught breaking rules? Read rules carefully! We wont be spending our money to stay there again! Our trailer was borrowed or we wouldnt have considered .

I was having a nice time, until it was time for my party and could not get into my room. This was a bad experience for me. I expect better customer service. Take care of the customers and make them feel comfortable and want to come back. The elevators move at a snail's pace.
