Good location near Mt. Rainier. Clean. Had AC which was necessary on the hot day we were there. Packwood Brewing across the street had great beer selection and healthy food.

Unfortunately, the power went out and there were no staffing on site to reassure the guest of any updates and no generator back up to keep the electricity on and our last was extremely hot and uncomfortable to sleep.

There was live roaches in both of the rooms that we rented we did not stay The bathtub was not cleaned. It looked like someone had vomited inside and it was not cleaned.

After checking out, i checked my luggages at the front desk. It was great because they have that service. However, it took almost 1 hour for them to return our bag. The lady at the front desk even got angry to me because I asked why it took so long. She told me that that is not her job, but the valley guy. Finally, she went to the back( the room in the back of the front desk)and gave me my suitcase, saying that she did it for me (like doing a favor?). I don’t know it was her job or not, however i felt so bad about the hotel’s service.
