I didn't like after I paid for the room in full they still charge 100 when you get to the hotel. They could have just put that in the room price. Now I have to worry about them giving me my deposit of 100 back in 7-10 days.

The staff weren't supportive, I had additional charges on my credit card without my consent (other than the deposit insurance) and I still didnt receive the refund to-date, when I asked the hotel staff when I was there (they could see the charges and they didnt know why I was charged, and assured me they will be released on check out), now and after 11 days, I still didnt receive them and they say that they couldn't identify them at their end. Also, the hotel has an additional credit card processing fee

Room was old, dirty, musty smelling, AC was not working properly and dripping water, propped up with a wooden block. Shuttle was dirty, hot and stopped at several other hotels, and we were not aware, could have just gotten a Lyft. Hotel reception staff the evening of check in was very rude.

First room was smelling of smoke,l, it had only one bed the booking was for two beds. we requested to get a nonsmoking room. With two beds they did not have any. We were them to a small farmer room too cold even with the air lowered. The bed that was brought in had dirty bedding on it. Very disappointing experience!
