      Unit 821 at Ocean Colony Beach offers a truly stunning ocean view—easily the highlight of the stay. However, the check-in process was disappointing, as no staff were present at the designated time, leaving us to navigate entry on our own. Upon arrival, we also encountered a large spider in the unit, which was unsettling and suggested a lapse in pre-arrival inspection. While the location and view were exceptional, the lack of check-in support and initial cleanliness detracted from the overall experience.

      Maintenance staff was superb and came three times to fix a shower that leaked. Ultimately successful. Location was excellent. We liked the St. Mary river flowing behind our cabin.

      The sofa in the room was terrible because its seat was at such an extreme angle that we could not sit on it for any length of time. If we stayed again we would prefer it be removed and replaced by two comfortable chairs!!! By the way we stayed for 12 days!!! TV reception was also persistently spotty and pixelated. Housekeeping was spotty in performance.

      We always stay at this location while in town. It is clean and a beautiful location. It is close to restaurants we love. We enjoy the breakfast buffet. Parking has improved.
