The location was the best and also having such a cozy home away from home. We stayed there for seven nights, a family of four (two adults and two teenagers). The beds were comfortable and linens were clean and changed regularly. We also had a toilet separated from the bathroom, which meant a lot to us four, as the bathroom times were quite busy. The kitchenette also made it possible to drink a nice coffee early in the morning and to prepare breakfast as late as the kids wanted. And let us get back to the amazing location...like you are at the center of the world as soon as you step out! Wonderful!

When were arrived they were overbooked. Took my (2) Queen reservation and moved us into a King "suite" with a pullout couch. My daughter in law slept on that couch. It was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I paid nearly $300 for her to have a miserable night.

I requested an early check in because I was traveling and needed to get ready for a funeral. I wasn’t able to check in until the normal time, giving me 15 minutes to get ready after a 4.5 hour drive. It would not have been so bad but I overheard the housekeeper say the room had been cleaned since the morning. So, the hotel itself was good, but the empathy and understanding of the staff was non-existent.
