Excellent service staff was very helpful any request for towels coffee sugars etc were delivered very quickly discounted food for paying room had free breakfast menus and for lunch and dinner they had meal offers for $7.00. We have stayed here for a few days over the past 6 years and the remodeling they have done in the rooms are beautiful will stay here again it's a summer tradition between my grandkids and myself it's a great stay catation!!!!!

I liked the designated parking spot right outside my room door. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator had a small freezer so that I could refreeze my ice packs. There were hooks on the wall by the door to hang items and a nice little table with 2 chairs. You could pick up an ice bucket of ice from the office which was very adequate for our needs. There were chairs outside the room door to enjoy the nice cool evening.

Thé check in was supposed to be easy. They send you a code to retrieve your room key from a lock box. Our key was not put in the correct box, or they sent us the wrong code. It wasn’t a huge inconvenience but we did have to wait until the on site manager arrived in the office to figure out the problem and to get us our room key. The sink faucet had no gradual on/off. It was difficult to turn the water on without it spraying out everywhere. The 2 bath towels were quite thin and we had no hand towels. We did have a couple of washcloths. Some people may like the fact that the bathroom light automatically turns on when you enter. It can be turned off manually but then kicks back on if you are still in the toilet/bathtub room. However, it is not desirable for someone who doesn’t want the light in their eyes when getting up in the middle of the night.

Big and comfortable parking for free. The bedroom was nice and big and the design is good. There is a bus to New York city in 7 minutes walk.

Bed was clean and comfortable. The room was near our parking and we had no problems with the access card.

There was a strange smell in the room. The carpet was torn and missing in places. In the bathroom there was powder on the floor under the sink from the person that was there before us. We didn't eat there, the food options that were stocked were below standard, there was no one available to ask for assistance to get items that were out of stock.

The mattress on my bed sagged in the middle and was very uncomfortable. I have a bad back so I didn’t sleep well at all. And, When we came back in the evenings there were always a few motel doors opened side by side playing loud music and mostly men hanging out. It was a little disconcerting but never scary or threatening. However, once we got in and closed our door we couldn’t hear the loud music at all. Amazing!

The guy up front when checking in I did explain to him I booked 2 rooms, he asked to see is in which I showed him. He was a bit rude or maybe he was not having a good day but I understand they charge for parking car in the garage. He asked my husband and me both had to pay the parking fee. I told him we only bought one car why would we both need to pay. I could tell he was irritated so I left it how it was. When checking the rooms the tv didn’t have a controller and the lamps did not work.

The smell of chlorine from the pool was OVERWHELMING...I could hardly breathe, I had to cover my face to sleep it was so strong. My eyes were burning also....I will never stay there again. The mattresses felt like the original 70s mattresses..my husband turned over and I almost bounced on the floor. The bathtubs are pretty bad...but the shower head has a strong spray..the only good thing...dont walk barefoot the carpets are disgusting.
