I have always preferred an Airbnb to a B&B, but this property changed my mind. Tesia and Cynthia (property managers) were incredibly friendly and attentive while still giving us privacy (I barely saw the other people staying at the property). The rooms were lovely and some rooms had private balconies. Most importantly the room was quiet and the bed was excellent! Breakfast was light and delicious and the pool and Jacuzzi were great. The location of the property is perfect – easy access to the freeway as well as downtown Healdsburg. Not to mention the views from the property are unmatched! We will definitely be back. Location. Consider what is being eaten at breakfast and what is not ! Adjust menu accordingly. We always look for hotel/ hot breakfast,so we don't have to start our day too early!

Had more hot breakfast choice @other Hamptons. Cereals were not most popular! Disappointing. Inside if bedspread had separated into one heavy lump on one side of bed. In-room fridge had intermittent cooling, told front desk.

The location was great, the staff was very polite and friendly. Our room was pretty nice. The jacuzzi tub was comfortable.

The water didn’t get as hot as I would have liked, and the room could have been a bit cleaned upon arrival. The floor was very sandy and uncomfortable to walk on with bare feet. The Wi-Fi did not work in our room at all.

I drove 4 hours to reach this hotel, which I had booked days in advance, only to be told that my pets weren’t allowed because they were 10 pounds over the weight limit. This was after I had called ahead, clarified my pets’ weight, and booked ONLY after receiving confirmation from the staff. When I arrived, the staff was rude and unprofessional. The man who introduced himself as the owner/manager had a terrible attitude—he kept interrupting me, insisting that I had booked through Expedia (which I absolutely did NOT), and repeatedly pointed to the pet restriction sign, as if I hadn’t already confirmed the policy in advance. Despite the fact that they gave me misinformation, he refused to honor the booking or issue a refund. Instead, he made us leave after a 4-hour drive with no support or alternatives. This was horrible customer service from start to finish. * The staff was rude. * The manager was dismissive and unhelpful. * They refused to take accountability for their own mistake. Do NOT book here. Do NOT stay here. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

I recently stayed at the Red Roof Inn, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. I encountered several issues during my visit that I feel should be addressed. First and foremost, I found the behavior of some staff members to be unprofessional. The front desk attendant seemed dismissive and unhelpful, which impacted my overall impression of the hotel. Once I entered my room, I was disheartened to discover that the bed had visible stains, and there were bugs present in several corners of the space. Additionally, the room had a persistent odor reminiscent of cigarettes, which was quite unpleasant. Moreover, the surrounding area did not feel safe, as there were individuals loitering outside the rooms, which contributed to an uncomfortable atmosphere during my stay. I believe that these concerns are significant and warrant attention, as they significantly detracted from an enjoyable experience. Thank you for considering my feedback.
