Easy access. Close to our final destination. Affordable. Not a lot of frills we were not looking for: swimming pool, exercise room, conference room, etc. We wanted a comfortable, quiet, clean room with breakfast provided and this was excellent.

This property was very close to the Disney parks and didn't require us to use roads that had tolls, so that was definitely a plus. Also very close to other attractions and restaurants. The pool was clean and a nice size.

The hosts weren't as responsive as expected. They did check in to make sure we made it to the property and then the next morning. At that time, I shared that it was a little untidy in the living area, and they said Thanks for the feedback. I also shared that the pool area isn't as pictured, the sand boxes weren't there any longer( my little one was really looking forward to that. ). In addition, many of the games were missing items, which made it hard to play them at the pool. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but they were doable. I reached out to the host about the oven not working and never received a response, that was disappointing. The property looks very nice on the outside, and we saw staff tending to the upkeep. At night there are very bright lights around the bottom of the trees which made it hard to sleep in the Main bedroom in front of the house. A few nights, I slept on the first level, and that room had no ceiling fan. At night, the temperature settings are locked, and most nights, it was warm, and unfortunately, not much could be done about that.

The staff at the front desk were friendly, efficient and helpful. The staff in the breakfast area were also amazing. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a variety of choices. The room was clean.

The hotel was a little difficult to get in and out of, located between two busy highways. The lights in the room were horrible! It was so dim in the room entry and bathroom that I started to have serious anxiety after being in the room for several hours trying to get ready for an event. Even with all of the lights on in the room, curtains open to let in sunlight it was still gloomy in the room. For any one putting on makeup or styling your hair just give up.....

The greeting for place isn’t fairytale and it wasn’t as expected! They didn’t meet the requirement when my husband wrote down it’s my birthday! The room rate was high which we were expecting way more than just going to sleep and leave the next day! There was nothing to do that other than games that are mostly for kids and they didn’t offer breakfast! Even though we were willing to pay for the breakfast. They had a small fridge where they had a small snacks and they were expensive. The room also had a few of candy and drinks but they charged us for it. We asked if there is a restaurant in the facility or the village where we can eat breakfast they said we don’t offer anything! So basically we just slept one night and did nothing and left. They didn’t even over anything nice for my birthday.

One of the TV's only got ESPN. The other one worked ok but programming was slow. My bedside light had cobwebs in the globe. There was only one application of shampoo, one squeeze. No one refilled it.
