Our room was lovely, a king with bathroom. I am not sure about temperature regulating but we were very cold and then realized the windows were open. The breakfast at the sister hotel down the street was sufficient though it seemed that only one person was working...clearing tables, bringing out additional food, dishes, etc. so there was a wait for each. No problems, just a remark. I was worried about what the hotel would be like but it was charming because of its antique elevator, no two rooms alike, etc. the young people working the desk were very accommodating by storing our luggage until checkin time and good at checkout.

First impression is very important. That being said, I would suggest washing and polishing the entry steps so new guests get a better feeling how clean the inside might be!

It was on my route and easy to find. The TV, room clock, refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave all worked. The shower was clean and had good water pressure.

Parking was a little weird due to block spots for boats, but if I had a boat, I would’ve really enjoyed it. The towels were kind of rough.

There was an issue with the dishwasher not attached to the cabinets so when you would pull out the lower rack it wanted to tip forward. Also we couldn't figure out how to lock or unlock the walking door to the garage . It asked for the Bluetooth administrator or something like that.

Indoor pool had so many chemicals it was burning ours noses and throats so we couldn't enjoy the pool. No one seemed to be swimming in it either not just our family. Curtains were molded by the air conditioner which I assume was moisture from that. Beach was dirty, lots of pop tops, water bottle tops, etc. Needed to be raked.
