I was very disappointed with my recent stay at Hyatt. We paid for breakfast, but the quality was poor and the breakfast area was not maintained properly. There were many flies around, especially near the coffee machine. When I raised this concern with the receptionist, the response I received was that flies are normal because the doors are often open — which I found unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was not up to Hyatt’s reputation. Under the bed was very dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Overall, this experience did not meet the expectations I had for Hyatt, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously for future guests.

Location was great. The grounds are clean, the unit was clean. scandinavian furniture is low. The bed was mushy and not comfortable, I had a vackache everyday. The bottom sheet would not stay on and could not get over the corner. Other than that it was great.

The furniture, my building lobby was dreary dark gray and teminded me of a factory. They need to pick a more cheerful color scheme.

This place is not for everyone. It's very rustic and definitely a lot of repairs and cleanup necessary. But if you can overlook those things you'll have a very relaxing get away. Very peaceful and serene

The room had no hand soap or tissues - I had to go get it at midnight as we had a late check in. I did not like the design of the room with the sink outside the bathroom. It was bad if someone was still trying to sleep and someone was using the sink. To me, this would only work if there was only 1 person staying in the room.
