The location was convenient to the SeaTac airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the airport. Our room was modern, clean, and comfortable. It included an in-room Keurig with Starbucks coffee. The free breakfast was also quite good. The hotel was right next to a river trail for jogging/walking/etc. It was also a short walk to a shopping mall with a food court, which was very handy for dinner.

The elevator required the room key to go upstairs. Also the lights inside the hotel room needed the hotel key card to be inserted to work. I wondered about the safety of the surrounding area since the elevator wouldn't leave the ground level without key card access.

We booked for a night before a cruise. Location is great for that. Breakfast was perfect to get a substantial meal before heading for the cruise. All kinds of breakfast food, hot and cold with lots of variety.

Booked with a crib for our room and checked in at 7:30 pm. Front desk said they would send a crib to the room. We also needed the sofa bed for our other child but no sheets were on the bed. I had to physically go to the front desk several times to try to get some service. At one point they said housekeeping was at lunch. Finally I took my crying 7 month old to the front desk to show them how tired she was and that we really needed to get the kids to bed. It took 2 hours to get the crib and sheets.

Location is good. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants around you. The beds are large and comfortable. Free coffee you could get at the lobby and also some ground coffee you could find in your kitchen.

Take your own risk if you park on the street. They don't have onsite parking and my car window got broken at the first night. We spent 2 days to get the glasses replaced so that we could get home. Other than that the suite is nice and cozy.

They didn’t have any bottled water on premises and the tap water wasn’t really drinkable. Pool was closed and the shower was very tiny. Overall though a nice place.

One of the worst hostels I’ve ever stayed in. The service was pathetic, and nothing worked properly. The showers were broken, the rooms were unbearably hot with no ventilation or air circulation, and the beds were smelly. Even after multiple requests, they refused to move me to another room. Overall, a terrible experience — I would not recommend this hostel to anyone.
