We loved the cabin in the mountains feel of Pine Haven. The staff was great, very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

It says it has a fully stocked kitchen but you had to ask for every little thing to use the kitchen . Like a pot, spoon or even a plate but it was first come first serve so they were always out . First night I asked for some plates and was told there wasn’t any clean ones available because housekeeping hadn’t washed any . Then I’d imagine if you did manage to get some items you have to lug whatever you would have received up to your room . Complimentary coffee always empty . Hotel bathroom was dirty found long hairs in bathtub. Hotel was noisy lots of “residents” more than hotel guests . Shady location people drinking in the parking lot . The elevator always smelled like weed . Just not a relaxing stay .

Absolutely nothing and it started with the check-in. The receptionist was very unwelcoming, she displayed obvious annoyance while searching for my reservation, it was a very unpleasant experience.

Unfortunately the check-in was awful. The room could not get any worse however, my friend and I were very displeased. Booking this hotel online was quite deceiving. The room was a joke, zero star or perhaps -5 start if applicable. Reminded me of a AA motel, the beds certainly need to be replaced, unless you enjoy feeling a box spring mattress in your back, the diner table and chairs were an absolute shock. For the amount that I paid, this is a disgrace, and I definitely would never recommend this to anyone of my friends or family, I was basically robbed. What a disgrace.

It was very nice, the hosts stayed up late to greet us as we drove a long way. We had our private bath, the breakfast was lovely. All was good.
