  The location of this condo is perfect, we had a beach facing one so it was a good view. Amenities such as the pool, bar and beach access were In walking distance. The bedding and towels were clean. Overall, we were happy with location and amenities and the convenience of the unit.

  I wasn't very impressed with the unit itself. It was very outdated and the booking photo did NOT reflect what the unit looked like. There was quite a bit of mold and smelled musty. Very dark in there. I wasn't concerned with sand on the floor, you're going to have that being on the beach. But other things were clearly not being done by house keeping. The baseboards were visibily dirty, and surfaces like the cabinets and doors were the same way. Things are not being wiped down. Lots of cobwebs and dust, and the air vents were moldy. Also, the bedroom curtain facing the hallway was too small so the bedroom was lit up like daytime trying to sleep.

  No AC, it was so hot, no screens in the windows, dirty upholstery, dingy interior, bar wasn't open at all when we were there, rarely a front desk agent (when there were people there or around the property they were friendly though). The hot tub was weird & had zero privacy..
