      The room and overall hotel was great. Shelby at the front desk was exceptional! She went above and beyond to help me with the things I needed and did whatever she could to make our stay enjoyable!

      We had issues with getting double booked once and being told the room we were staying in was booked the following day, and it was not. Which made us have to switch rooms. The manager said it was fixed but never did give me a copy of the transactions to check myself, which made it a little sketchy. I even asked twice for it.
