  I liked where it was located. You could park and walk to pretty much everything in Downtown Gatlinburg. Water pressure in the room was great.

  I didn't like how uncomfortable and soft the bed was. Didn't support me at all and I am not over weight. Kept waking up. I didn't like that the curtains didn't block out the light as I like the room dark to sleep. The air conditioner didn't work properly or something because it just wouldn't stay at a comfortable setting or temperature.

  Kauai is just beautiful when it comes to nature.

  The island has changed in the last 15 years. We did feel like we were unwanted. There were still nice and welcoming people however one lady at the front desk was cold and unfriedly. I do get why the locals don’t want to have more tourists flooding the island. So the Kauai Island Magic has vanished from our quite oposite experience 15 years ago. So sadly this was our last trip to this Island but I we don’t want to cause anymore harm to this precious place.

  Way Over priced. For that price we get paper cups and plastic cutlery in the room???Had to plead to get a couple of real wine glasses from the bar tender who only provided them if we promised to return them the next day.
