Please be advised that the condition of this rental is misrepresented. As a result, our credit card company is pursuing a refund from Booking.com. Online images show a bright, clean space, with furniture in good condition. In person, the furniture is dilapidated and in some cases filthy. The online photos appear to have been cleaned up (AI or Photoshop perhaps) to make the apartment appear to be in better, newer condition than it is. Based on text messages, we expect Heavenly Stays (the agency Booking.com subcontracted) to deny the facts. For this reason, we took extensive photos of the actual apartment for Booking.com and have provided them to our credit card company, before leaving the room unused and finding lodging elsewhere.

The condition of the rental is misrepresented. Real life differed so greatly from the online photos that we initially thought they had sent us to the wrong address. When they texted us that this was indeed the correct apartment, we were forced to find alternate, last-minute accommodations elsewhere for our stay. It was a stressful, unpleasant situation. While speaking with our credit card company, there was a knock at the door: it was a woman who identified herself as the previous night's tenant, and said that one of her bags had gone missing during her stay at this apartment. It added further security/theft concerns. The many issues not shown or disclosed on the Booking.com listing are too long to list, but included: A tiny bathroom that's dirty and dilapidated. Damaged, filthy vanity, chipped tile. There are holes in the walls where towel bars and a toilet paper holder should be. The fan cover is taped to the wall with masking tape. The windows are covered with ripped plastic wrap, which doesn't appear on Booking.com. The tiny lamp doesn't have a switch: it must be plugged in each time. There's an unsafe jumble of cords on the floor at the base of the bed and a dirty space heater. The kitchen is similarly different from the clean space shown online. It doesn't have utensils normally provided for light cooking, and there are again holes in walls. There are more, but as an aside: Some "decor" not shown online, included a loose animal skin / pelt on a table. UPDATE: While we suspected this unscrupulous renter might put up a fight, we did NOT expect them to concoct a fraudulent, fictional and defamatory story about us!!! This goes above and beyond. We're a law-abiding, middle-aged—boring—couple from outside NY! WE HAVE PHOTOS TO PROVE EVERY CLAIM. Booking.com should permit us to upload the photos here for other travelers, and should delete the defamatory (and crazy) accusation from Heavenly Stays.

Great location to American Family Field. Tony? the night desk person was super friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant were great, prices, service and food were excellent.

Not enough parking spaces. Carpet in room was old and funky. Old hotel was very loud, could hear every footstep in the room above us. Room was out of shower gel when we got there and ran out of tissue 1st night. Didn't know about the shuttle to the game till after I bought parking at the field , could have saved me $.

The room had a TERRIBLE SMELL!! Had to open the only tiny window and shut off the A/C. It was horrible. I told the woman about it when we checked out. She said she would have housekeeping look into it. We arrived later and so didn't think it was possible to change rooms. :( IF I were to stay again - I would have asked for a different room - it was almost unbearable.

This could be a cute old hotel but it is in need of major updates. The curtains were torn and didn't close all the way. The doors slam shut no matter how much you try to prevent it. None of the rooms have the safety locking feature inside the rooms for extra security. Online shows that 2 breakfast buffets come with the stay but that was not the case. I believe it was $14.99 to order the buffet that was supposed to be included. Also, some functions on the TV remote didn't work (power button and volume controls).

Hotel rooms are dated Rust everywhere Bathroom not accommodating with no sink countertop space, rust everywhere, not even a hook behind the bathroom door. Stained carpet, no iron, when I requested the unfriendly gentleman at the front desk said make sure we return it, ask for a late checkout since we checked in late around midnight was told $35 for 30 or 45 minutes. Yes I did appreciate the price but rooms need to be updated & carpet removed...
