  I didn't like how there wasn't like a map of grounds giving there is no like directions in hotel of where pool is and lobby is that was difficult to find out. We had to ask a visitor what the floor lobby was on. I don't like how they charge your card almost 330 dollar when u got there. They should just put your card on file for any chargers. Who has an extra 330 dollar as they get to there vacation.

  The cleanliness of the room was horrible, blood left on the pillows, wall, and in bathroom tub. The room was just outside the pool area and our curtains were about 12-15 inches from the bottom of the window which completely showed the inside of the room after dusk. Felt like there was no privacy in the room.
