Complimentary breakfast, rooms were clean and good size. Pool table in the lobby was nice. Far enough from downtown Cincy but close enough for a short drive. Close to Premium Outlets also.

Location - faced the alley, just a block or two from the Mission. We had addicts and drunks, right outside our window, digging through the trash, hanging out smoking, etc. Filthy - gum stuck to the toilet, brown drips down the walls and door of the bathroom. Our room was not carpeted, and our feet were filthy from walking barefoot. Staff - never anyone at the desk!! A/C was not very effective Deck of the pool has no type of traction/slip-reducing surface, therefore, I stepped in a puddle, slipped and landed very hard on my hip and wrist.

Location is great and staff are amazing.

It has been about a year since I was last there and felt the quality of the rooms and hotel had deteriorated. There was an iron mark in two places on the carpet and an unfinished wooden block nailed into the wall keeping the TV cabinet secured on the wall. Maintenance and upkeep of the hotel has declined.

Stains on couch, rips in vinyl kitchen chairs, recliner fabric fraying, tiles in bathroom cracked, shower/bath faucet chipped and in need of replacing. Also, wifi is spotty at best.
