      I.had a problem with my first room and they upgraded me with no problem. In the lobby they actually pay attention to the customers and I love the snack area and the free breakfast was so good.

      The horse races are great entertainment, the staff was friendly.

      The hotel is going downhill. Most of the facility is closed now, and the restaurant food was bad just bad they had one waitress for the entire place. (The spotted horse) everyone in my party had problems with our rooms. The door keys the air units. Not the best experience.

      The place is beautiful, clean, very modern furniture, etc.

      The room bathroom has a toilet stall, where you can hear everything! This was my first night together with my new girlfriend. Very awkward! When the room comes to 350 bucks after taxes and everything, it is completely inappropriate to have that kind of toilet! The room, coffee cups were Styrofoam. Other than those two things everything was perfect.
