The best and at the one of the only that I could check-in 24/7 , I just happened to need an 11:30 pm check-in due to flight delays. Very easy to book, check-in was fast and simple, the entire facility was kept nice and clean and I hear that it's very close to the beach ⛱️

I didn't like the fact that I was so close to water, but had to check-in, sleep overnight, and catch the first place to Sao Paulo next morning

Location was perfect and the hotel, as well as the room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. I also loved that the had a clothes steamer instead of an iron.

The inability to lower the upper half of the window. Why not?? A ceiling fan would go a very long way in cooling the room.

Where do I begin, my room service played a continuous game of *how can we make this stay less enjoyable* in which they innovated each day. First was the uncomfortable couch bed, lacking in springs my weight was soundly put on the bars. I am no princess so I could endure, but I'd rather not, so I discussed such an issue with the front desk on 3 separate occasions. All failed in getting the room service to deliver the singular extra pad that I desired. On the second day room service decided to remove my secondary blanket, I would never see it again. On the third day room service saw it fit to swap my blanket for a twin sized one. Interesting choice for sure. On the fourth day they felt the need to return to me a normal sized blanket, blessed it shall be in my heart. On the fifth day they saw it fit to give me a kiss ng sized blanket, similar to that of the main bed in the room. I thought things would be better...on the sixth day they saw it fit to remove all of my blankets, as I had disrespected the blanket God in not offering a tip for their service. Luckily for me my brother kindly offered me his spare blanket. All in all I will never be staying at a hyatt and I will be telling anyone I know about my story and time there. Mind you the rooms plus bathroom were half the size of my first hotel in the previous year and twice the price. Disgraceful, pathetic, and frankly disgusting that my stay was as it was. I will never reside in a Hyatt hotel again, their name is permanently blemished for me and I will let everyone know that I can.

I liked the location and the price but….. it was the dirtiest room I have EVER been in I even had housekeeping co E in and clean when I got to my room and it was still awful disgustingly dirty actually

One of the tvs did not work the room was dirty the couch looked like it had blood stains all over the one cushion that was flipped . And the front desk guy grabbed my phone and gave himself 5 star rating on everything . Would have asked for my money back but the guy that was manager the day I checked in was not there ..
