Great location! Was able to take the golf cart to Oceanbeach, Sunset Cliffs, Liberty Station, etc. The pool and spa were wonderful! The owner was awesome! Super helpful if we had any questions. His response was quick!

The television could have come with instructions for the 4 remote controls and services associated with each. The remote control for the regular television did not work correctly.

I never wrote a review, but i had to with this one The fact that the sheets and blankets were dirty,cobwebs on the steps,and the carpet was also dirty, i had to call the host to get new sheets at the property i felt uncomfortable knowing that the linen was dirty , when it was time to go to bed, on sunday we went to use the grill and it was roaches crawling in it 🤢, great property I just feel you guys need a better cleaning service because they are doing a half job and the fact there is a cleaning service charge, overall me and my family had a great time doing the activities on the strip, last but not least the pool access which we had to damn near beg the host for direction, I've rented other properties and they usually have direction to all of the amenities that were included

The bed was comfortable and it was relatively close to Six Flags.

We didn't get the room we reserved, we got a different room and the tv didn't work, the bed wasn't made up and didn't have enough pillows, the shower drain was very slow leading to water pooling at the bottom, and the hair dryer was broken and the floor hadn't been vacuumed. Breakfast wasn't ready the second day of our stay.

This hotel is NOT a 4 star hotel. The furniture is our room was very worn, dirty and the desk (which was splintered) snagged my pants. The shower was filthy and had hair all over the shower curtain. Hose keeping only provided one face and hand towel (there were 2 of us). The shower had no pressure and the water was barely warm. The elevators were ridiculously slow so we took the stairs most of the time.

House very cold and the thermostats had no knobs attached so you could adjust the temps, none of the tvs were hooked up to a signal to be able to watch and both bathroom tubs had mold in them and both of the toilets rock from the floor. They need to be secured down.
