I was pleasantly surprised with this place. Very affordable, clean and most importantly the staff was very friendly and accommodating. There’s a water cooler and Keurig in lobby which I much appreciated.

The property was very charming and updated. The location at the sun valley resort was great. There were plenty of linens and towels. The condo was very clean when we arrived.

Despite all of the positives, we would not stay here again because use of the sun valley amenities were not included with the rental. Also, hot water heater only made one shower possible- second person showering had lukewarm water.

The continental breakfast was lacking! No protein or fruit, whatsoever. (There was a random bowl of already peeled, hard boiled eggs. I guess that was the protein.)

The front desk girl was NOT friendly. Barely said 5 words to me. Disgusting room. Dirty carpet. Dirty baseboards. The whole room had a musty gross smell. The bathroom was super old. We had to wear shower shoes to take a shower. It was SO bad. There was mold above the shower. The smear of who knows what, on the wall, about put me over the edge. If we wouldn’t have gotten in so late, I would have cancelled the room and tried to find another place. The pictures on booking.com are NOTHING like the actual room!

However, our experience was tainted by a lack of property maintenance and deplorable staff service. The TV did not work and my shower had scalding hot water only. The check-in process was an extreme challenge. But the worst was the pool towel staff who were rude and untrained. When we complained to the property hotel manager, Ms A, she was respectful and offered solutions. The pool manager Ms N, overheard our conversation and confronted us at the pool in front of both staff and guests. A 15 minute discourse was unwelcome and comical to be reprimanded by someone who knows nothing about guest relations and hospitality. The three of us are executives snd travel extensively. This was a personal trip , one that we had planned for many months only for it to be marred.
