I loved the location of this hotel. It is right on magnificent mile and you can walk just about anywhere from the front door. The room was massive and had more than enough space for 2 people. Even 4 people could stay comfortably. I also loved that the room had a kitchenette.

Upstairs hallway and room smelled musty. The coffee is horrible, I miss my keurig and wish they would add a coffeemaker in the room that would take coffee pods so I could bring my own coffee. I couldn't even drink their coffee it was so bad. The coffee in the breakfast room was worse than the coffee in the room but both were terrible.

you need to make the cleaning days 3 days at least a week , and cleaning means cleaning not just replace the bed sheets you need to put change machine in the washing room

There was no breakfast. Just coffee and I believe donuts, didn't check it out.

The dresser in room had no handles on the drawers and had to open bottom one in order to open middle one and then the same for the top one. There was no place to hang up any clothes, and few electrical outlets to plug in hair dryer, etc. Beach side view was of the water across Sheppler's parking lot, not even on a beach front.

Room located right off lobby, so I heard everyone coming and going, staff talking etc.so I could not sleep. Also, room smelled bad when I arrived. Staff sprayed room with spray which helped with odor.
