  This was our second time staying here and we loved it. The staff were very welcoming, breakfast was on point. Location was perfect. Loved that our room had a fridge and a microwave. The pool & hot tub was nice and clean. The whole facility was very nice and clean. This is our go to place every time we visit my family.

  The only thing I noticed that my room didn’t have was a C charger outlet. It had a USP duplex outlet but not a C. It would be nice to have both. Other than that everything was great.

  Staff was A+ welcoming and helpful. The room was small and basic but the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. It was just what we needed to sleep off jet lag for a day. We waited a long time at LAX for the outbound shuttle, but it was timely and very convenient for our 5am departure.

  The carpet in our room was sticky in a spot. Our room had a view of an exterior wall and received very little natural light. I get that the property capitalizes on an industrial vibe, but there are pipes all along the hallway ceilings which makes some areas feel like a dungy basement. Drinks at the bar were extremely expensive - like $17 for a margarita??

  The property was clean, well stocked with EVERYTHING you could ever need! The kitchen was amazing! Who knew this kitchen had a kitchen aid mixer too!?? Our pups loved the accommodations as well!

  Very nice redo of an older facility. Quiet and comfortable. Good value and includes a refrigerator/freezer & microwave.

  The only negative thing we found was that there were no instructions for the 'electronically challenged' people about how to operate the TV.
