Location is not in the heart of town. 7 blocks away from downtown. Busy traffic street in front of bungalows. I like the free-standing bungalows. Very outdated. Clean room. There is plenty of room inside. Park your car parallel to the front of the bungalow. Very 70's inside. Inside could use some updating. The front desk gentleman was very kind and helpful. The best thing going for this property is individual free-standing bungalows. You don't have hotel room right next to you. Inside has hair dryer, mini fridge, microwave, stand up fan and stand up plug in heater. Good hot water.

Front street in front of the property is the main artery into town. Constant travel with a lot of car noise. Nice to have a more modern updated room.

Location was excellent. Easy walking distance to attractions. Lots of great restaurants and pubs in the area. Concierge was very helpful with getting trolley tickets. Apart from the young lady at check in the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The young lady at reception was less than welcoming at check in. Windows in the room were clouded. Bathroom/ shower was very small and a couple of the fittings eg towel rail needed repairing.

The breakfast was excellent. The food options were great and the hot items changed daily which was wonderful. The windows were not sound proof enough. The room we were on was street side and it was quite noisy.

The noise level from the street. If they could sound proof the window a little more it would be very helpful. The sirens and the loud motorcycles were very audible from our room.
