Perfect location, just off the beach. 100 yard walk to the sand. The place was spotless and very well appointed. Lovely kitchen with everything you need should you decide to cook. There is a coffee pot AND a Keurig. The bed and bedding were very nice with a perfectly placed ceiling fan above. There is a very large television which can be watched in bed, or from the sofa. There is a lovely patio in the front of the unit with seating for four. The two of us spent much of our down time out there. The umbrella has lights on it for sitting out in the evening. There is also a beach wagon full of chairs, umbrellas, etc. We didn’t need to avail ourselves of it, but next time we will know that we can leave our chairs and umbrella at home. The complex has laundry facilities and a lovely pool area. We’re already looking forward to another stay.

Breakfast was amazing, turkey sausages, biscuits and gravy was so good, they had omelette options, staff was friendly and helpful, it was very clean. Pool was clean and perfect temperature, hot tub was great. All around a great visit.

It was not clean. The room cleaning was namesake. The towels had stains on them. The shower tubs and curtains were dirty and the water temperature was inconsistent. The front desk was not friendly.

Dirty and unkept Jackhammers doing cement work right outside our window all afternoon. Floor was vibrating from the work just outside our room.

They are honest and friendly. The guests seem happy. Really good minimalist accommodations with no frills and nothing missing. There is a vending machine with reasonable prices and no coffee or anything extra. Beautiful sunset.

Parking did get tough late at night, yet really not impossible. The neighborhood is an industrial park with a lot of regulations and the closest food was a long ways.
