This was the first time in Florida we needed a place for 14 days. I came across the 2BR and 2 bath condo. I'm so glad I found this place it was just what we needed beautiful rooms and wonderful open concept. I loved it. The pool was great. We loved how calming it was. This place was really nice close to everything. When we had a problem, we called the host, and his name is Luiz, a wonderful great host he was right on it. He was awesome he sent Welsey for the problem, and he took care of it. I really appreciate everything that Luiz has done for us. I would advise everyone to book here. When we come next year. We will be booking with Upstay/ Palisades. Thank you so much for everything. Luiz, great customer service. Lord's willing, I'll be calling you every time we need a place here in Florida. Nice, quaint, older adobe equipped well enough for our stay in Albuquerque. Quiet neighborhood. Reasonably priced and reasonably accessible for what we needed to accomplish. Nice back yard with string lights to hang out in the evening. Good washer and dryer. Reasonably well-equipped kitchen with nice stoneware dishes. Covered off-street parking. Coded entry.

Evaporative cooling struggles to keep up with August heat. Lack of access to walking. I should have looked more closely at the map as I expected to have easier access to multiple roads for getting around Albuquerque and for walking trails in the bosque. Edith Enclave is exactly that: an enclave at the very end of a small road with one way in and out. One of the beds is barely functional. The slat springs don't fit the frame and it sounds like you are breaking the bed. Small dresser in one closet is broken. Kitchen faucet handle could not adjust water temperature without pliers as the handle was not attached. Single bath only for three bedroom house which can sleep seven people. However, it met our needs. We didn't need the ultimate vacation hideaway; we had personal business to take care of and the house met our needs adequately for a five-night stay.

We spent 3days in a room smaller than what we paid for with a shared dirty bathroom. The owner kept saying he would move us to the larger room with a private bathroom and provide some basic items that where not provided like no washcloths one one towel for a week. I requested extra pillow and blankets when i booked the room and 2weeks and a few days before I came with no answer and the items where not provided Then to be ignored. He also promised a refund for the days we had the wrong room, but he never did. He did not answer calls in a timely manner(day and a half) Booking .com called and emailed him and booking.com said they would take care of it but they never did. I am a RN and I wanted to have a good stay, support small business and experience a real neighborhood verses a hotel. I wish I got a hotel then someone would have cared. I am still waiting for some kind of consideration. I will never use this site again.

We booked for 2 nights and had to change to one night stay due to business reasons. Hotel denied to change to 1 night. We paid at the end more than $566 for 1 night from 10PM to 10AM.

The reception staff really messed up the billing! They seemed completely incompetent! Breakfast was just ok. We picked up a "clean" spoon and it had oatmeal all over it! Did not make me feel safe.
