The breakfast area seemed nice and the gentleman at the front desk, John was very pleasant.

When we arrived and after paying for our two night stay as we were there for medical reasons for our daughter; we saw that the pool was closed due to maintenance which was very unfortunate with two children. We went up to the room we were given and the door was cracked open a bit, my husband opened it and saw that there were wet towels and some kind of electric pump or fan running. It also smelled very musty and it was very hot. We went down to let the front desk guy know (he was very nice and apologetic) and he gave us cards for a new room. We went up to that room and it was “cleaned” however, there was some kind of blood or fecal matter smears on the bathroom wall. It still smelled pretty bad so we did choose to check out and have our money refunded in a couple of days. It was a very unfortunate circumstance as we then had to book another hotel for our two day stay. We have to make the trip to Omaha every couple of months for our daughters doctors appointments (we live out of state) which only began in May and thought with it being a holiday inn that it would be a better experience. Very disappointed, but we now know better and will choose wisely for next time.

The community hot tub was out of order when we arrived. The room tv would not stay on the HDMI 2 tab, so it wouldn’t work when turned on unless we manually toggled the tv to hdmi 2 manually. Maintenance had to show me how to manually toggled the tv the tv manually to HDMI 2.

The home is dated and the outside could use a little work so curb appeal looks nicer. The living area has one couch and two uncomfortable chairs. I think a comfortable couch would be better. Please remind your cleaning staff to empty dishes from dishwasher before new guests arrive.

The light had metal wires poking out, husband almost poked his eye out with it. The fire alarm hanging off the wall above the walking area. Got kicked out of the pool before they closed even though no sign stated the time pool was to close. No coffee house. Some lights did not work.

Breakfast was great and the facilities were clean and updated! The beds were comfortable and we appreciate the solid surface flooring in place of carpet. The room was spacious and included a desk area.

The TV was tricky, there were printed instructions on the table. It took several tries before we could get it to work.
