Location was great, be aware if you go during a tropical storm or hurricane, it will flood where you are from the bay. Quite the experience! King size bed was very comfortable. Cute little place, was great for a family and in-laws, including the dog!

No plugs in the bathroom located in the hallway. Carpet was stained but dog friendly... kind of expected. Ceiling fan in king bedroom was very dusty. I did buy wall scent plugs for the week because I like my home and where I'm staying to smell good. Entire residence could use some upkeeping compared to other homes in area.

First all the fees you can be charged is ridiculous when there are light bulbs out, utensils are broken, holes in all the walls, scuff marks on walls and furniture. Bees in the house. They have rules for everything and how it must be cleaned. When this place left you 2 trash bags , 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people, 2 rolls of paper towels.. they want you to bring your house with you on vacation. Don't mind picking up my own mess but they have rules on how everything must be when you leave or else your charged more fees. I keep checking my card because they say they are going to charge your card for any infraction they feel has occurred.

Dated hotel, tv was in and out, shower pressure very low, only got 2 towels, staff was ok when we had questions, breakfast was average and had to use paper plates. Overall it was ok - would not stay there again.
